Fajita Seasoning Recipe

Mmmm…. Tastes like chicken. Fajita chicken.

Bring the taste of Tex-Mex into your home with this fajita seasoning recipe that you can make using ingredients in your spice cabinet. If you don’t have these spices around, then you must not be a very serious cook. All of these are staples in my kitchen.

  • 1 Tablespoon of chicken bouillon (3 teaspoons equal 1 Tablespoon)
  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of cumin

Mix them all up, use as desired. Store the rest in an airtight container of your choice.

Fry up some corn tortillas (or grab a bag of chips, you slacker) and make the frito-lay bean dip recipe.

If I don’t have time to make my own tortillas, I grab a bag of Mission’s Homestyle tortillas. They fluff up very nicely and are very thick. Yummo!
